Return and Exchange Policy

At Zaytak Online, we are committed to providing original, intact products of the highest possible quality. Therefore, we uphold our customers' rights in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

1. Returns and Exchanges within 14 Days

Customers have the right to request an exchange or return of a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with Egyptian law, provided that:

• The product is unused.
• The packaging is sealed, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product has not been used, spilled, or damaged.
• The product is in its original condition at the time of sale, including original packaging and wrapping, if applicable.

For products that have been opened or used, returns cannot be accepted based on a change of mind or no longer needing the product, if the nature or condition of the product makes it impossible to return it to its original state.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of receiving a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the ordered item, the customer has the right to request an exchange or return and a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

In this case, please contact us and provide clear photos of the product and the packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

In the event of a product defect or an error on our part in fulfilling the order, we will bear the costs of the exchange or return as applicable.

If a return or exchange is requested based on the customer's preference without any defect or error on our part, shipping costs will be applied according to the case and standard applicable rules.

4. Refund

If the return of a product is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, according to the procedures available for that payment method.

5. Used Products

Due to the nature of car and motorcycle oils, we do not accept the return of products after the container has been opened or the oil has been used in cases of change of mind or if the product is no longer needed, in order to maintain the product's safety and quality, as it is impossible to verify its condition after use.

This does not affect the customer's legal rights in the event of a product defect or failure to meet specifications.
